Masha’Allah. It is so important that we teach our kids to pray from an early age, so soon after they they reach 7 they are saying their 5x fardh, and by the age of 10 they understand there are consequences for missing salah, just as Prophet Muhammad SAWS has taught us.

Masha'Allah! Thank you so much for sharing! You are absolutely right. I would go further: when Muslims loose their sense of timely obligation for salah they loose everything. Literally. It is with shahada the back bone of our existence as Muslims. In a great majority of cases we have stopped praying for many reasons that could/should be studied deeper, but the result is there sadly. Walhamdoulillah 3ala kulli hal because we have, thanks to Him, the opportunity to fix it.
That said, as Muslims we need to realise that in this material, contemporary non stop culture, the physical impediments in today's society are very very verrry powerful. In all societies, including more and more the Muslim majority ones, unfortunately. It is even more striking for women's practice.
From time space, to prayer spaces, to woudhou facilities, if a
muslim/ah isn't at home always, the battle starts as soon as one puts a step outside the door.
To put it simply, salah is probably the most difficult fardh to put to practice nowadays. And there is a reason for that. We loose our backbone, what happens next?...
I have personally my own battle to stay on time, to properly whole hartedly be there at my rendez vous with Him, so I thank you from deep inside to bring the subject up in such a clear, absolute way.
    Jazakoumoullah kheir.
