It hurts me when I think of how our Lord feels when he looks at what we have done. Poverty, war, genocide, destroying the world that he created and turning our back on him. His heart my break everyday when he looks down and sees the cruelty that we are capable of.

This song dropped in sleep I have not heard this song since I was under 10 years old I am now 53. Most of these songs aren’t played in church anymore because most the saints from back in the days have went to be with the Lord the some of the young generation have not had the chance to hear some of these beautiful classics. The churches that are able to still play these amazing songs are blessed. As a reminder this is a newer video but the song is old is was written in 1868

First time I heard this song when I was 4 years old, listening to my grandma singing for me before we sleep ( I sleep with my grandma) and that was the first time I get to know Jesus and I am very gratefull, l am 48 years old now, listening to this song always brings memory and tears to my eyes
