This is giving 90s anime/video game aesthetic, and I love it. That mix of 3d animation with 2d? Amazing and really well done! And that Scylla design? So very good! Keep up the great work!
Thanks. Yeah I don't know how to draw ships very well, not to mention it takes me forever to draw one. I think the first one I ever drew was in my Dracula Part 4 animatic video I made on my channel. So I bought a 3D ship on Studio Clip and thankfully it worked out well. Scylla wasn't too hard to draw, in fact the first sketch of her I drew was the perfect choice. The monsters on her tails however was tricky but thankfully that turned out okay.
This is one of the most unique Scylla designs I’ve ever seen she still demonic looking, but there’s still shreds of her humanity left on her main body, but you can see her eyes the madness that has consumed her because she has ruthless to survive
Damn, the emotions on Scyllia look really cool. She looks like she is having fun not here to torment them. I mean every animatic has her seem like a monster who wants to eat humans to torture them. But you made it look like she eats humans because she wants to. Idk , i might be articulating it badly but I loved her sly smile a lot. Great work.
I adore your design of Scylla! Having the 3D Boat was also really neat as well, a the touch of red eyes on Ody when he said to light the torches was an excellent touch!
Never seen your work before, but you have a FASCINATING art style. The combination of 3D backgrounds and characters that kind of look like they stepped out of anime fanart from the early 2000s is honestly really cool and distinctive: I’ve never seen anything like it before. I really like everything you did with Scylla too: the way she moves, the way you have her float around Odysseus at the start, and ESPECIALLY the shot at the end with her and Odysseus face-to-face. Anyways, 10/10 animatic, your art style is insanely cool and unique, and I’m going to go check out some of your other stuff now.
@@medarosaart430 if this is serious and you genuinely don’t know,it’s very complex yet very engaging visual novel with a plot that I don’t want to spoil but in a nutshell without spoiling too much(please play it,it’s very good) Humanoid bird man with a bunch of voices in his head trying to slay a princess in a basement of a cabin who supposedly can “destroy the world” that changes depending on said birdman’s perception. Just type Slay the Princess the Fury and you understand what I mean.
Oh good, thank you. My first sketch of Scylla turned out to be the right one. As for the heads, well that took some time, but I'm glad it turned out good.
@@d.otakusscar8399 Thank you, that means a lot to me. I'm currently working on my Dracula part 14 animatic as we speak. Some people were worried and thought that I stopped since I was working on some EPIC videos. But I reassured them that I'm still doing the Dracula videos. There's Dracula Part 14 and 15 left and then it will be finished.
Another great animatic to add to the long list of Scylla animatics. Your art style makes me super nostalgic since it reminds me of Adventure Quest in the best way possible (if anyone remembers that game lol)
@@medarosaart430 Can’t really call it good or bad. It was a browser based turn based rpg. But it was my childhood. It had an 80’s/90’s inspired anime style mixed with a somewhat western style too. Ikr! Its a cool mix between a demonic and draconic look IMO. Its so good

The touch of the red eyes when Ody is telling him to light the torches is a super cool detail. He’s definitely become the monster
Thanks, thought I'd draw him slowly becoming a monster that he knows he's destined to become. Kind of sad though huh?
