CATALYTIC CONVERTER DESTROYED?!?

The cats or catalytic converter on my truck decides to self destruct and makes the truck perform in an extremely terrible manner. In this episode I investigate after the symptoms start to add up to this being the culprit.
Time to order a new set.

Did your gas mileage get better? Also wondering if your check engine light came back on after emptying the converters. We have a 2007 pathfinder and don’t really want to spend a fortune on new cats if possible.
