Yes it has that gpu usage issue..
1. Use on flat surface for avoiding fps drop.
2. Play only on charger plugged in
3. If fps drops remove charger and reconnect it. And wait 1 2 min it will fix.. for sure.
4. It is dell setting whenever temperature goes beyond 80° C it drops the usage so not issue with laptop try this and tell me...
