Hard to explain. Maybe not freshest per se, but hit me at the perfect time and so the connection is a lot stronger versus the other bands I've stumbled on here and there. Also somewhat inspiring to me in that they seem to just have fun first and foremost, something a lot of groups are lacking imo.
I've heard a majority of people argue that The Hotelier is the freshest thing to happen to the emo/punk/indie scene, although Mom Jeans. is definitely a strong candidate also.
These are the kind of bands that should strive in the music industry, bands that don't really give a shit about how many followers they have on Twitter, they just want to play music and have fun doing it and whoever wants to listen can.
God i miss concerts... if any one in the future is reading this , dont take anything for granted , there could be a pandemic that stops you from getting to listen to music . suddenly all the small venues in town could go out of business.
