- Polish Potato dumplings KOPYTKA (koh-pit-kah) is an old polish traditional dish. This simple and tasty Potato Dumplings recipe made with mashed potatoes, flour and egg.I hope You will enjoy Smacznego
Ingredients:
6 Potatoes ( Boiled)
1 egg
1 C Flour
1/4 C potato flour ( starch)
2 Tbs Salt
1 tbs Oil

Could have been an altitude thing. That tends to happen when people from everywhere all over try the same recipe. I've noticed always one or two people who've found they needed to adjust certain ingredients like flour and eggs because of their rising potentials etc. Just an example.
