Iris confesses to a disbelieving Mac that she was the "chief" behind the attempted takeover of Cory Publishing. Derek tells Felicia that he(as a ten year old boy) killed her stepfather, Noah Grady.

Probably not the best joke to make but...
Before the confession Mac's attitude is basically "Iris, there's nothing you could do that's so bad that I couldn't forgive you." But Iris's confession is pretty much a 'Hold my beer' moment.
