Congratulation on your new place always wish you the best FYI In Toronto Ontario The price of gas for the 87 octane is $1.60 and then 93 is $1.90 and if you want to 94 octane it’s around two dollars X3.79 that would make the 87 octane $6.06 Per gallon and 93 octane $7.20 per gallon, lol I just think it’s expensive in any big city

If permitted by the owner, would you consider renting out your extra office space. That would help offset some of the rental costs. Some folks just need a clean office to run their operation. That is a LOT of offices, lol. Congratulations on you courage to grow...failure to launch is the #1 killer of dreams.
I'd love to just have a climate-controlled indoor wash bay. Then again, I'm just a weekend warrior and don't run a business. Awesome score on the new place!

FYI Harbor Freight just started stocking their pressure washer stubby spray gun (70599) and 25’ 4Kpsi pressure washer kink resistant hose (70602) for $24.99 each. Looking forward to seeing a review even though I already bought both and will be using them tomorrow lol.

A couple months ago you recommend the Adam's Polishes pressure washer hose - it's been out of stock since and they HOPE it's back in stock mid July. Guess I'll go with the Bigboi hose. Have you thought about going to, or sponsoring, Chicago Auto Pros to check out their Optical PPF? They do in-house classes and might be a great business collaboration! West Coast and the Midwest join forces!!!

Yea for sure and thats how i look at it as well! The price per square foot is about $0.50 less so still alot more overall, but i feel like its a pretty good value!
