Sheogorath actually seems to be a pretty chill dude. He like, doesn't wanna destroy everything he just wants to make chaos and laugh bout cheese. Tbh hes probably one of my favourite Dedric lords. He just doesnt give a shit. And hes funny.

That is a different measure, I believe. Base damage and Weapon Damage. Not sure what is the difference but ESO never talks about the Weapon Damage, just the Base Damage. It is never the same number witten in the weapon description and the number he says in his videos.
Base damage is what is seen in weapons description and characters lvl bonuses (depending hit speed- hits per second translates to damage per second). BUT weapon damage is one that changes depending enemies resistances and weapon type (like u cant pierce a heavyarmor with arrows, you will need crush it with a mace or like so..
Or vice versa for both.

There are one more important fuction of this staff. When you use that to dragon, it only result in three element explosion effect, but that's not ordinary one. It's scripted effect and it's damage dosen't affected by difficulty setting( 1/4 damage in legendary). So it could be quite useful at low level, because it's shot is equavalent to 200 damage of your regular attack.

If you can’t find the maid that gives you the key to open the door, all you have to do is a quest for the same man that won’t give you the key, after the quest for him is complete he will grant you entrance to the pelagius wing👍. The quest you have to do for that guy is to clear out a cave. do that then you can get the key off him if you speak to him again. Simple.

I always wanted to disenchant the wabbajack so I can possess its awesome powers, sometimes I also wanted to trap my soul inside the wabbajack. I sometimes imagine theres an entire world inside a staff full of characters revolving around the staff

Put all your stolen shit in a barrell somewhere where you'll remember. For me it was drelas cottage. Rock up at solitude and have your weapons sheathed (just in case). Serve your sentance, go back to the barrel/chest and there! Name cleared at no expense

@eso it falls under destruction school of spells (technically) if you enchant 4 gear with fortify destruction +25 ( slots: head , necklace, ring, chest , and drunmer shoes) = endless laughter and let's not forget use of the ....wabbajack
