- Today I’m sharing another super fun collaboration.. DolliCrafter, Stephoodoll and myself all created our very first Rainbow High ooak customs! My doll is a redesign of Disney’s Snow White, with a lot of cottage core inspiration, an embroidered skirt, and some historical fashion inspired stays, or corsetry.

I love this redesign! 💙 That outfit is stunning, and makes so much more SENSE than the original typical princess garb she wore - Much more practical, and so much cuter! And the apple inspired color scheme?? Amazing choice. Snow White is CLEARLY the ultimate cottage core queen, and you gave her a look that far better reflects that!
Over all I love the doll, and am so glad to have found your channel, been binging your uploads! The doll repaint scene was definitely needing some fresh faces and ideas (not that I don’t still love the OGs in the community here) and i feel you are really bringing some fresh and inspiring looks with your work and seem to always be experimenting with new techniques! Plus I love that even having been an avid repaint watcher for some time now, I always seem to still learn some new tricks from your videos and your explanations are so clear!
I will say, as my only point of constructive criticism, overall I do prefer the monster high based doll repaints to the rainbow high dolls. I just find their head/face sculpt somewhat....unsettling? Lol. But I dude still love to see you trying it out!
Also I think I would have liked to see her with a hairstyle more similar to the original. I usually prefer long hair, but it this case I really feel some kind of cute just-above-the-shoulder bob would have been adorable while also maintaining some more of the original character inspo.
But again love the doll over all, and excited for your future works yet to come!!! 💙
Thanks for your thoughtful comment! I have one more Cave Club on the way, and then I will be returning to Monster High doll and probably sticking with them for a very long time!

in case you were still wondering, the scissors you used to remove the hair are called forceps. they are used mostly in medical procedures as a way of placing and gripping onto difficult to manoeuvre materials.

Absolutely stunning .The face paint is gorgeous ,suits this doll much better than its original painted eyes..I think you always do beautiful re-paints anyway .Now to the outfit.In itself it was really lovely then you got out an embroidery hoop and embroidered not just leaves and simple flowers but 3D roses.Well that’s above and beyond .Firstly I have never seen a fella do this before ,but you did such a very neat tidy job .Most people use machines now.I learnt from my Aunt as a youngster.. So proud of you .It has really made her dress look exquisite.I really love her .To be honest I have seen a few of these done and I think yours is by far my favourite 🥰

😍I love her embroidered little clothes! A perfect little forest princess. The stones in her eyes was a genius touch. The perfectly blend into her eye, but adds such a magical touch.
Very pretty embroidery! It reminded me it's nearly blackberry season in my country, time to fill the freezer with berries and make more jam than we can eat :) blackberry and apple is a good theme because its a good dessert combination in crumble and pie and stuff. Gives the doll a lovely autumnal vibe.
I do all my doll and toy sewing by hand too, even though I have a sewing machine. It takes longer but I'm less scared of messing up. Sewing tiny things on a machine is hard.
Anyway, cool doll! I like your take on snow white. She looks very cozy and fairytale wild.

Such a wonderful re-design, she's beautiful! I love that you've used the original movie posters as inspiration for her dress. In fact I think I prefer your dress design to the one in the movie. Also I like your method for creating the brows, I'm pretty new to doll customisation so appreciate seeing different techniques.

LOVE the hazel eyes but I'm bias seeing as I have hazel eyes myself. I agree she suits the long hair. I adore the embroidering on everything, such an amazing and cute detail. Love that you have painted nails later in the video :) She came out so well, she is utterly adorable.

The tool that’s your favorite tool for removing hair plugs that’s like a mix between pliers and scissors is called a forcep, they are super super useful if obscure

I can’t remember sorry! But I purchased them from ISewForDoll on Etsy. I think they might have their own shop now, if you search it into Instagram you can go from there!

The tool you use is sometimes called a pair of forceps but at our hospital we usually call them hemostats when they are that small. I was wondering where you got your eyelets/grommets. Mostly wondering where the setting tool came from
