Super intresting strategy to help me conquer self doubt, and achieve tremendous change in life leading to personal growth. Miss Florencia's story of being bullied and how she could extract positivity outa negative comments was impressive. I too loved to hear about the lesson through the story of 2 wolf's by grandpa to grandson, story of Japenese bamboo taught me to develop patience and consistency. Loads of love and appreciate the way you spread wisdom globally. Now, I will make sure to write a letter to future-self that where I stand maybe 2-5 years from now. I'll start celebrating the success through mental picturization and consistently accelerate myself on the road leading to my future self.

Om chanting is so powerful technique originated from my country, India. It has three sounds which should sync properly for effectiveness. AAA, UUU, MMMM. With a deep inhilation, while exhaling slowly first rythemic sound should come AAA. Feel the breath in your lower area of abdominal and then while chanting UUU, feel should be in the middle of the abdomen and finally while chanting MMM, air should be in the throat feeling the tingling sensation in the throat area.
