TXasTrill Razaa Dilla was a wizard on the MPC. I bought my 1000 because of Dilla but I still hook up the midi cables to use it with my DAW sometimes too so no hate towards producers who don't use hardware, if it's dope music, it's dope music.

J Dilla's Beat Music, 2006 R.I.P movement, such a beast, makes me proud to be human, no amount of words is as fluid, on every curve I hear he's undisputed, suited for any event like Ray Lewis, every sample deep rooted, no sewage in his think juices, adjusted his Nikes to It, despite Lupus he Just Do It. Thanks Jay for your influence, everyday feels the newest when I drop a Donut or two in.
I'm a filmmaker and Dilla's music would be great on film. I wish he had the chance to score a movie because his music had beautiful atmosphere rich with emotion. Woulda been a great marriage to music like this.

Seeds planted, just waiting to sprout
It's dark in the dirt; I need a way out
Feel built with beauty inside
Will wilt if sun n water won't coincide
Don't wanna die before my time
Green but growing; love the sunshine
Need rainy days so my roots can unwind
Fun! I'm, ... beginning to bud
Come a long way from thin in the mud
The Crafter grooming me soon
Prune me; I'll be blooming in June
Catching eyes, causing romancing
My scent in the air marauding n dancing
Like to parlay in town gardens;
On the windowsill once the ground hardens
Seasons change, soon I'm pastille glue
See ya annually; its what perennials do
Flowers bloom, soon petals fall
Hours consume til settled and called
Back to where it started; I'm close; germane
Fertile soil by my compost remains
