  • It was time to have the kitchen doors and kitchen counters replaced, and what could be better then than to empty everything, go through everything and clear out what is not used. Then I got inspiration to bake and you can see the recipe below.
    25 grams of yeast
    2 deciliters of cold milk
    200 grams of margarine or butter
    1 tablespoon of sugar
    about 6 deciliters of wheat flour
    Filling
    75 grams of margarine or butter
    1.5 tablespoons of sugar
    1.5 teaspoons vanilla sugar
    Brushing and garnishing
    1 egg
    Pearl sugar or almonds
    When the bun is to be eaten, you can advantageously put icing on the bun.
    Stir the yeast into a little of the milk in a dough bowl. Add the other ingredients and work together into a smooth dough. Roll it out into a large square. Cut pieces 8x8 cm and distribute the filling in the middle of each piece. Pinch them together and put them in paper forms. Let the buns rise for 2 hours at room temperature. Brush them with egg and possibly add pearl sugar or almonds.
    Bake in the middle of the oven at 250 degrees or hot air 225 degrees for 5-8 minutes.
