Got 1 question, @ 1:00 till 1:21 you say "follow and you find 2 pipes going into the vacuum box and pull them out, but leave the thick one in" So you just pull out the small one? And how does the setup on the back look like? 1. Thick pipe on the vacuumbox plugged off? With a screw or something? 2. Thick pipe on the vacuumbox to the inlet -> DV -> FPR? 3. Thick pipe on the vacuumbox connected to the BCS? And if it is no. 3, don't you need to plug off the other 2 nipples on the BCS so there are no vacuum leaks or anything. I separated the vacuum from the inlet to the vacuumbox. I'm running Inlet -> Dumpvalve -> FPR. And on the back it's: Vacuumbox thick -> BCS & Vacuumbox small -> BCS and the top nipple I got plugged off on the BCS with a screw. Hope it's understandable, cuz I also have alot of loss in horsepower lately with mine.
So basically i got to run a pipe from the recirc up to the FPR and put a T piece in which one from recirc and one to FPR then last part run the pipe to the back of thr TB?
Hi, have an Z20ler Astra GTC 2.0t. When cold the car goes like a rocket, when on working temp its not torqueing as much and feels like a flat spot, when releasing throttle halfway the boost returns and can only keep it in boost if the pedal are nursed to the floor...any idea whats causing the problem?
What boost issues were you having? I have a Astra z20let that has boost problems as hell, and i want find the problem. Mine is give a P1106 terror when passing 4000 rpm
@@skodbolle Hello, I also have the same error that happened to you, p1106. I'm going crazy looking for the error and I can't find it. You just changing the exhaust system, did you fix it? I have a faulty irregular turbo and with a lot of pressure. And a very high gasoline consumption. Greetings and thank you.
@@josemiguelsanjuan8997 it was the catalytic converter that was collapsed, I put a new one on with a complete new exhaust. The error came because the car could not get rid of the exhaust gases fast enough, at least in my case
@@skodbolle Ok thank you very much, I am going to test if changing the exhaust catalytic converter solves the error. It makes sense that if the gases cannot get out of the turbo they will produce overpressure. Thanks.
Cheers mate confused me lookin at diagrams much easier to under stand now ☆★☆
No problem buddy im glad it helped! Can be Confusing if your new to the z20lets like me
legend mate sick of the turkey noise
