Sono Bisuku Dōru wa Koi o Suru or My Dress-Up Darling is amazing,horny, and peak romance. Not only is it a good romance but it's a great comedy and slice of life anime.
I personally really like how despite Wakana seeming like a generic main character, he has an actual personality and hobbies that aren’t just the typical video games and anime that a lot of other mcs have

I think Marin is cool and all, but in my opinion, I just don't know much about her to consider her a "best girl" or whatever its called. Yeah, I know she enjoys lewd games, I know she cosplays, and the chemistry with Gojo and her is good, but that's it. I just feel she's just helping Gojo's development and not vice versa. I don't know what goes on in her life. Like whats her backstory? Why does she wear red contacts? Does her friends know she wears red contacts? Does she hide her insecurities from others and put on a facade to make her look like she's happy all the time(given that this takes place in highschool, it makes sense). What made her want to cosplay? After all, the message of the show is follow your passion, no matter what haters say. Is it the same reason as Sajuna's? I get that she is the most realistic than other girls in this genre of anime, but I think she would be more realistic if I get to know more about her personal life and her growth as a character, like Gojo. For example, the reason I enjoy Fruits Basket ( the first anime that got me into romcoms) was because of the characters. They were flawed individuals who, thanks to events and people in their lives, they grew not just as characters, but as people. I know why Gojo wants to make Hina dolls and why Sajuna wants to cosplay. I believe the soul reason why people like the show is because of Marin and Gojo's relationship, which is 100% okay, but I just want to see more depth since to have a good relationship, I want to learn about both characters
Even tho she best girl, i wanna know more about Marin too and i think you have the same mindset as me as well about Marin needed a backstory and more.
