god, i can't believe i haven't seen this until now! i love Avatar AND Type O Negative!!! Johannes did such a good job, damn. His voice isn't quite as deep, but it has a similar quality/timbre to it.
Seeing Johannes so happy here, he's like a kid in a sweet shop, so what if he doesn't sound exactly the same as the late and much missed Peter Steele, it's tribute not an audition
This is glorious seeing Johnny and Kenny really showing their love for this brilliant song. Even if that lead singer wasn't the most fitting, and needed 2 people to fulfil Pete's roll! of Bass and singing
I think they chose Johannes for a reason and the reason might me that he isnt even close to peters Vocals. In an interview Johnny said that he wouldnt want someone to copy peter, and if they ever reunite, they would probably even let a woman sing and not someone who sounds like Peter
