It's interesting to see all the jobs that are coming there. Do you think that's already having an impact on home values? Or how will it be in the future if it hasn't already?
It is interesting. Not so much holding value up as maybe just keeps the market here from being stagnant or extremely low on inventory.
They are closing the mall sept 5 th so we are loosing more shopping
We’ve heard talk that it’ll be turned into something the community needs so much more. We surely hope so! But also hope to see some better shopping options come to town.
