I have replaced three toilets recently in the last year. The prices you were quoted were insane prices. All the best with your new property!!!
Scottsdale is host to many events drawing multi millionaire Just the past two months we had Barrett Jackson Auction, WM golf tournament and this year the super bowl. There are several events like this every year through out the winter months
The beginning of that episode discusses the down payment. Right before closing they had to do 5% more, I think it was either 15 or 20%. The rest of the financing numbers are going to be your typical interest rate for that are out and fees associated with it are going to be around 2% of the loan amount.

These videos are good but they always are missing 1 important part to the puzzle. Wonder if Dave was the lender on this? Investment properties are always 20-30% unless they were doing some weird finance or said this was going to be a vacation or primary residence. Also as a lender most know that properties over 5 acres go through a different process because of what Dave mentioned afterwards.
The meditation lady’s guests should have asked for a refund from her for her poor planning. Why would she not ask when do the sprinklers go on I will be using the lawn. Also if she knows she is poor at IT what kind of tv do you have and how can I do a presentation? Most laptops can connect to a tv to stream without cords, this has been a thing for literally years now.

I put 20% down on my first property but I still don't own a home as a first time home buyer. Does anyone knows how this works? Also how can I show a low DTI if I bought the property on the same year I'm trying to get an FHA loan on a home. My goal is to be able to house hack on my second property. Thank you in advance!
