Great decision to sit all the starters vs OKC. Keeping everybody healthy and giving some well deserved rest to the guys that did the heavy lifting in this incredible run post all-star, which propelled the Mavs from a play-in team to the #5 seed.
Anyways that game in Oklahoma is a game you would rather lose, because a loss means that OKC clinches 1st and that you avoid Denver in the 2nd round.
So all in all is a no brainer to go there and give time to the guys that didn't see enough playing time and just focus on the Clippers

I LOVE U OMAX
Once Omax and Lively develop even more, they'll come in for PJ and Gafford so there will always be continuity in those positions. I've always thought Omax was brought in to fill in the role of DFS. Now PJ is doing that. With Omax, Dallas will always have that type of player all game long.
He can also start along side with PJ when he can shoot consistently.
@@janry420once he works on his defense stance more then possibly it can happen. So far DJJ has been holding out on the defensive end.

I hope next season omax joins luka, kyrie, pj, and gafford in the starting lineup. Defense will be so much better and we'll have size
Omax is literally just a worse DJJ right now, maybe eventually he’ll be better but for now he’s not very close.

@cadeh222 Have you seen omax play these last 2 games? He's been playing defense and scoring with ease. His 3 point shooting has come a long way. There's no doubt that he will eventually be a starter. Dj has been solid. I'd like him eventually coming off the bench. Kidd doesn't play him many minutes anyway. He just starts
