@@saturnnet1627of course there worthless these memecoins are solely on flare network, there not publicly listed on any exchange so how can you expect them to be worth anything if nobody knows about them and there’s no liquidity going into them….
I did the XRP snapshot thing a few years ago, do they still do that airdrop thing they talked about? I claimed the first round but have since forgotten about it.
Yes they do we continued to get airdropped amounts each month for 36 months ( 3 years ) we’re currently up epoch (month) 18 so you’ve missed a fair bit, the only way to claim those is to participate in the network.
@@shannonbaron7302 that’s the thing you’ve got your initial flare airdrop that what you were owed, but to incentivise more developers you need people to participate and to get people to participate you need to incentivise them to. It’s worked so far the networks grown unbelievably fast in such a short amount of time. But you’ll need the Bifrost wallet from the App Store on your phone and I suggest you type into RUclips tutorials “ how to setup Bifrost wallet” and “how to delegate on flare” it’s super easy.
@@shannonbaron7302 it’s called Bifrost wallet, it’s a cold wallet that allows you to claim rewards and future airdrops. There’s RUclips tutorials on how to set it up and once you’ve done that you want to watch tutorials on how to deligate on flare it’s super easy.
The Songbird Network is supposed to be the testing ground for later deployment to the Flair Mainnet. How is it that the Flare Network became ahead of the Songbird Network to the point where we need to upgrade Songbird to match Flair? Upgrades should be pushed forwards, never backwards. When I mention this, devs go silent. Can someone be honest enough to explain? Thanks.
Flare main net is their bread and butter. It’s what most people are interested in. Songbird, though a canary network, is still only optional. It’s advisable for customers to start on the canary network and then move to main net, but not necessary. Most of their developmental resources are probably dedicated to main net as it’s what people are likely observing closest. This is just my guess. I agree with you though, typically you’d expect it to always go Canary THEN main net lol Edit: To add clarity to what I previously said. Some developers/projects are going to skip using the Canary network and deploy straight to Flare main net. Also, I typed that comment before watching the video entirely. They’re proposing that the Canary network mirror the main net. It’s not that they’re “upgrading” the canary network, it’s that they’re modifying its behavior. Currently, I believe, songbird while yes a canary network, is independent. A project can start on Songbird and never move to Flare main net. Vice versa, a project can start on main net and never go to the canary net. By mirroring the networks, they become less independent and more in synch. That’s beneficial for development. Rather than the Flare team operating and maintaining two distinct environments, they can now manage a strictly development environment and a production environment. Whereas before this, it was an independent network that was intended to be a development environment but didn’t HAVE to be.
my name is eric croom jr your work is priceless...ALL FACTS..
Thanks, John!
Thank you for the update!
Hi all 😊

I hold 7001 flr. Why do I not get cool stuff?
My FLR airdrop is 19 days away? Do you have to claim monthly I thought you had 3 or 6 months before burning?
Airdrops happen each month, you can claim them at any time, rewards are burnt after 90 days I believe.
I have these tokens that just showed up in my wallet. Fino, Dog in Moon, and ScottyCash. What are these for?
I wish they would stop sending me these useless coins that isn't worth anything.
