Great video PJ…can’t wait to meet you again at Lancaster in a couple of weeks and just talk archery with you for a few minutes. I can’t get enough of it and I have to say that I like being around you guys even though I’m an unknown (lol) person. I like talking to Darrin Christianberry because he too has a great personality and he has really good PR SKILLS which I like. His enthusiasm for archery is contagious. No matter how busy he is, he still finds time to talk with me.

Maybe making less now, but is there profit sharing in the company? Less now for a greater reward later. No one leaves their job for less and expects less indefinitely, unless you don’t need the cash anyway. Either way good luck.

The "things have changed" translate easily to "They don't pay me enough". Actually, if the product hasn't changed then why to change? What does loyalty embody for Levi?

@@pjreilly3997 I heard something like new start, help building up the brand, could lead the industry. Yeah, if you think he does it for less money (in sum!) then with gold tip then you underestimate his abilities as a business man. He is doing this for a living and not for charity. The statement can easily translated like "I took a 50% cut this year and next year I will earn double as much". He left for more money to earn, nothing else. Whoever says differently also beliefs that next bow invented is "more forgiving"...spoiler: it's not.

I know it almost always matters to your sponsors but, if you have to go to shoot, why not just go for the exercise and practice and it is what it is ? If your sponsors can live with it ?
