2007 S convertible was still supercharged. Only hard top was switched to Turbo. That is the R53 engine.
If it was an 07 it would be turbo not supercharged. And while you have access to the supercharger you should change out the oil in it as well.
That doesn't look like a 07 Cooper S. Maybe 02-06?
