I love how your acupuncturist tells you what she’s doing and why! When I was having acupuncture regularly my therapist never told me anything unless I asked 🙃 haha

I totally agree with you! Its the same with foods that are organic they are always more expensive too! But then the sweets and chocolate are so cheap and not good for us! What can we do? I guess its just the way it is.

The best way to cure acne is to use rosehip oil at night, only at night because it can stain the skin during the day. You will see how you shine! Drink a glass of natural orange juice a day and if you can sometimes add ginger and Maqui powder, rich in vitamin c. Add aloe vera to any natural juice you drink. It does not alter the flavor of the drinks. Lastly, make an exfoliating facial mask with kaolin clay or pink clay, maqui powder, and aloe vera powder (add a little water) or aloe vera gel. I hope I can help.
I am back and forth on this drink because of the price. Do you feel it has brightened your skin and gave you energy? I didn't hear any of the noticeable benefits after drinking for a month! You are stunning.

NO they wouldn't! They dont even list the vitamin/mineral content on their page, but objectively, greens don't contain all the vitamins you and your baby need. As a pregnant moma, you need some extra folic acid (prevents defects), calcium and vit. D for bone and teeth growth, iron for blood, organ and placenta development and omega acids for brain development. When you look for prenatals, make sure they content these, they are the essential. All other vitamins and minerals are good, but not essential, only make sure you dont get *too much* vit. A, its linked with birth defects. As + Kristin Paige suggests, if in doubt, ask your doctor (:
I would think those big needles cause holes in your layers of skin (obviously)...and aren't breaks in the skin opportunities for dirt and bacteria to get trapped and cause pimples? That's why certain facial scrubs are really bad for you. I would also think this enlarges your pores. You had a mask on afterward. How long does it take for your skin to look normal? I dont think I could do this as I hate needles. Thanks for sharing your experience though, it was kinda scary for me to watch, i have to admit. 😬
