Jeremy & George are back in ODDer Creek for the Winter Season, fighting corruption and treasure hunting whenever they can
Both Jeremy & George have Civil Protection Orders on both LIEnette and John CROOK, which they continue to violate on a daily basis
LIEnette was able to get an injunction hearing in the Levy County Courts which happened on November 29th, 2023
The 2nd hearing happened on December 6th, 2023
The 3rd hearing on January 4th, took a turn for the worst when someone called in a bomb threat and the entire building was evacuated
The 4th hearing happened on January 23rd
The 5th hearing happened on February 28th
After the 5th hearing, Jeremy filed a Writ Of Prohibition to have the Judge removed
During this time, Jeremy has been collecting information and evidence against LIEnette and John CROOK from former neighbors, family and other private investigators
It is extremely evident, that his neighbor has a very dark history
And once the Judge sees this, he'll go off on LIEnette
Especially when her daughters testify against her in court
BUT the Levy County Sheriff are now claiming they are finally going to arrest LIEnette & John CROOK
But what will happen to the child once they are arrested

the father never signed any paperwork? how in the Hales did that happened. unbelievable. I have guardianship of my 10-year-old grandson. Long story short someone called CPS on me, when CPS discovered that I'd reported the mom for welfare fraud, and she is missing, CPS got me in touch with a legal group here in Ca that lawyers. it took all of 2 weeks to gain guardianship at no cost to me.

This is why so many children are unalive in Florida after department of family and children’s services has been contacted. They take children away from good parents vindictively, and they leave children in danger with bad parents. Then we hear on the news that they are unalive and that DCF has been there so many times. I pray this family can get Harley away from these horrible individuals. She’s four she still has a chance in life but if she stays there much longer, she’s gonna be another statistic..😢Don’t relay on my comment, look it up.

I remember back when you two stated that after you made half a million members, you're going to scale back and enjoy your life. I wish you were able to do that. Keep the place in Odder Creek and Ohio but add a bungalow on the beach. Just don't tell anyone about it. Be safe and remember you're doing the "right thing."

The family needs to step up with you guys & get that child away from Lienette
I adopted two infants in the 80s. We went through a church agency. We were interviewed by the agency more than once. When awe got our first child, there was a 6 month period when we were visited once per month to check how we were doing and if the baby was ok. Then we went before a judge and had it all legally signed and all our paperwork show us as the parents and her as our child.
In private adoptions there are different requirements to finalize. But there is still legal paperwork, visit before a judge and home visits after placement. You are not legally the parent til all this is completed. When the judge signs the paperwork, that makes it legal. I’m very doubtful all this happened in Lynette and Harley’s case. Would you approve an adoption if you saw the dynamic in her home?
This is one of the most tragic family situations I've ever learned about. Hopefully, with the worldwide coverage of the details you two have risked your lives to expose, the precious child and the turtles and tortoises will soon be rescued, and the criminals arrested. I agree that Hollywood and even the most talented writers couldn't make this nightmare up. Wow!!! When the Biological family is calling you guys asking questions about Harley and Lienette and John. Saying their brother never signed anything to let Lienette adopt her, is it a real adoption or did Lienette just pay her (the biological mom) off and then they disappear.
How sad. Hopefully the biological family can somehow get Harley back and in a safe and loving family environment. I would love to see that happen. 💖
Lienett and John just needs to show up to the town hall meeting tomorrow so they will be arrested and everyone can get on with their lives in a safe town again.

I just searched civil, guardianship, and juvenile cases in Sarasota and found NOTHING. If they are still looking, Hardesty and Tyde in Jacksonville are EXCELLENT family attorneys. I do legal research and will volunteer my time if needed.
I hope gofundme does their own investigation for this woman!! Law enforcement/cps NEEDS to get that child out of her care ASAP!!!!

So that means that the adoption is null and void. Because both parents have to sign, unless the mother doesn't put a father down on the birth certificate. Don't take that as true because each state can be different. Were the parents married?? I don't remember if that was said or not!!

I grew up in an abusive household with a narcissistic mom too. She died last year 15 minutes from my home. I was NOT THERE. Attended no services either.
If they go down i would get giant dumpsters and go and trash everything and clean the whole property off and get rid of the turtles and make sure the ground is good and turn it into a parking lot or put a new business on the land let them lose everything

In California you have to go through an extensive background check, interviews, home checks, health certificates, and parenting classes to be able to complete an adoption… Even a private adoption. Apparently, Lie-nette didn’t have to do any of this? What is up with Florida??

I feel so terrible for that little girl stuck with those 2 crazies. Our youngest grand daughter was removed from her bio moms home and placed with us for a year while her dad had to fight for custody and prove himself to cps because of false allegations from scary baby mama. She is now living her best life with her daddy and has the very best dad and step mama who loves her like shes her own. Happy end to a tragic situation. Bio mom had munchousen (sp?) Syndrome. We prayed and prayed for 2 years whilr that little girl was withheld from all of us and cps wouldnt listen to us. Countless calls and gathering evidence finally paid off. We will never let her go through that again!

Poor Harley needs to be taken away from those people. Obviously most her family is wonderful. My adopted brother had 4 siblings taken away in CA but it still took 3 years to get him out of that horrible home.

Im sorry but there has to be laws broken here, people put up pet adoptions on the internet is bad enough, but now kids. This makes me sick! You never know the beginnings from whom you're getting pets from, & one never truly knows the people they're giving pets too & only have the hope that they're going to good people. But kids are a totally different subject. Why didnt the maternal grandmother ask the fathers family if they'd take the kids?
I think everyone involved regarding H and siblings, are amazing wonderful people that desreve all the help they can find to correct the wrongs that Lie-nette has done to them. The sisters, J+O clearly care immensely for their brothers children. ❤
