    Hi Dinesh. Thanks for the Video. I tried this, and it worked, however, it is only available to admin. When I impersonated another ITIL user, the Create Request was not showing. What am I missing?

    I have a question
    If i am an agent working on tickets assigned to me and my group then what access is required for me ? Obviously if i get itil role then i will have access to all other tickets as well which i don’t want.
