Hi Dinesh, thanks for creating and sharing. I'm just sinking my teeth into the SOW landing pages and dashboards now. I'd love to be able to add RITM as a donut widget and associated lists. I'm going to see if I can replicate what you're showing for Change but with RITM. I couldn't find the document you keep referring to with more details though... Oh and congrats on the new Job!
Hi Dinesh, non-admin users (itil) are not able to view the donuts on SOW, while admin users are able to see it. Could you please guide on what could be the issue? Much thanks!

Hi Dinesh, I followed your guide but the list will not open when I click on the chart in SOW. Nothing happens on clicking it. Why do you think that is? I did notice that I did not have the same "view template" available in my instance, so I used one called "Service desk incidents assigned view template" instead, is this the reason for it not working you think?

Hi How can we display donuts on the landing page in two rows, we have a requirement to show incident and catalog task related donuts in separate rows.

@ not exactly, but now it is easier to achieve. Just update the SOW to the latest version and you can modify it as a normal dashboard which is great!
