Grilling 6 Racks of no wrap Pork Back Ribs
I am using the Masterbuilt Built Gravity Series 800. The Masterbuilt Gravity Series has a great way to cook similar to an Offset Grill. The cooking area is separate from the combustion chamber on the Masterbuilt Gravity Series giving this Grill lots of cooking area.

Those ribs came out looking so good. Just got my Masterbuilt and ribs are gonna be my first cook.
This BBQ cooks ribs so well. Enjoy.
I'm going to steal your rotation method. Thanks for the TBQ sauce idea.
These were great ribs.
You have a perfect Hockey announcer voice…lol…nice ribs!
No ribs no glory, awesome racks my friend🔥👍
Thank you my friend. I'm looking forward to more cooks on this grill.
Is that grate the same tempetature all the way accross ?, and what is the maximum temperature of the grille ? .
@@WISHBONEL7 Yes there are no hot spots like other grills or very little difference. The heat manifold below the grates distribute the heat very evenly. The maximum temperature is 700 degrees Fahrenheit
Looks great!
Any idea how to use the probes on the panel and if specific Masterbuilt probes are required. Also, can wired probes be used?
Yes, I have specific probes for this grill. I will use them in my next video. They are wired. I usually use my wireless but you are right, a wired probe from Masterbuilt works as well.
Insane way to smoke ribs using this smoker in my opinion. Lol.
I like using this grill for no wrap ribs. In my opinion so far I get the best results.
Doesn’t this cook using indirect heat???
Yes
The heat is blown in under the charcoal hopper. Either it is a gentle or intense heat depending on your set point. The entire grill area cooks in indirect heat.
Super fast cook
This method works really well.
That is ware alot of people go wrong and that is covering them with rub you should Waite till the end of cooking but each to their own
Thanks for the feedback.
@GregRocheleau would you recommend that grill they got them for sale at my local home depot?
@@jerrybinkley9227 I would recommend this grill. I find it has a lot of usable cooking area. I think it is a good buy for your money. I have a griddle attachment that I use a lot. I have only had this for a few months now but I really like it.
Your ribs look great, I'm cooking some on my Masterbuild 800 as I'm typing this. I normally smoke mine until done and apply the sauce last.
Super fast cook
