Wow thank you for that man! I really appreciate it. This was one of those demos where the pedal really played me haha. I wish I had a mic for voice cause I kept on saying, “wow.. woahhh… ohhhhh” lol
@@nobesmusic In a way, you can hear your fascinating and delight (and awesome musicianship skill) through the demo - your spontaneous choice of phrases are a feed-back of the unit feedback. It is a beautiful jam, human and machine, and really becomes something unto itself. 🙂🙏
Man I absolutely love the Slöer! Had to make room for it on my board. But yes! The Lore does tons of reverse delay. A Lore and Slöer combo would be epic! Thanks so much for watching 🙏🏽
I just bought this pedal and have been absolutely blown away by it, but wanted to see how other people use it. I did a search and came across your video So good! You got a new subscriber here.
I love this thing, it's basically a much simpler, more stable answer to the Fender Reflecting Pool, at a better price, with dimensions that won't use up half of your pedalboard. The only fault I can find with it, is the lack of stereo I/O.
. I have it a few days and everytime I go on it I get lost for an hour or so per program,With subtle changes to the knobs I can get a vast array of soundscapes and still lots more to discover I'm sure. I still haven't gone onto program 5 yet!..In regards to the stereo I felt the same initially but couldn't stop myself from getting it as I knew it was a special pedal..I put a subtle Polymoon after it and it enhances it to stereo and it's astounding!!
@@patrickr6505 sounds like the opposite of my experience with the Reflecting Pool, where I could switch to a program, and get lost for an hour trying to dial it right so it isn't such a sonic mess.
@@fruitiusmaximus925 ha no good.. Don't get me wrong,I haven't mastered the Lore by any means but It's very hard to get a bad sound out of it whether it be ambient or wacky..
I haven’t tried that pedal yet! But yea the Lore truly is special. It would have been awesome in stereo as well, but I really like to record separate left and right takes of the same thing and pan hard left and right. It sounds insane!
Thanks for watching! I really loved this demo cause I only had a day with it at the time so I was really learning about it as I went. Figured it was the best way to explore the Lore!
Me too! And yea right?! So much texture in the effect. It’s amazing! And yes that would have been amazing too!! They fit a lot into this thing for sure though haha
I’m on the fence about whether I would actually buy it. I love the sounds this pedal can make and all of the options on it but without the midi control, I don’t picture being able to use the different options during a set.
Your demo of this pedal shows both your familiarity with and command of the pedal. If I could make a request, it would be that you play a wee more riffs/chords (a bit like that which you unleashed briefly towards the end. the text animation is really really good, so wanted to single that out too. could fade in and out slightly slower, but i only say this bc i'm inspired by this!
Great sounds! So lush & vivid. I just subbed. ✅ I have a Slö & this is obviously next. I can't wait to see how those two work together. Hv a great weekend!
I’m so glad you saw that far and commented this 😂 I was waiting for someone to say something like this. But yea totally! It’s just so crazy how big the sound is. Straight up inception vibes
The Inception score is played by Johnny Marr on a Rickenbacker 12-string through a Roland Jazz Chorus amp with an array of old Boss pedals and very expensive Roland rackmount effects. This small $300 pedal makes for a nice simulation of a VERY expensive rig.
Thanks a lot! It is just mono in and out, but when I master the track on logic I add a bit of stereo width to help give it that “I’m hearing it out of an amp with two ears” feel haha
@@abrokenframe82 yea would have been sick in stereo, but it’s still super full sounding. Especially when you hear it through an amp or big speakers, it sounds huge even in mono! I also plan on recording one track left and then re recording same track right and panning. That would sound wild!
It really does! I wish it was stereo too but I’ve had a lot of fun using this in parallel with the Fable! So Lore left and Fable right. It’s been really cool!
Yea, but you can also send it into another stereo effect and see how it blends. I love recording a left and right track individually and then putting them together. It sounds crazy!
Same here ... but if you're just playing in a bedroom or spare room in your house with a single speaker cabinet, like most of us, then stereo really doesn't matter that much, and there are plenty of solutions to make up for it.
@@fruitiusmaximus925yea I know! Maybe they’ll come up with one in the future but I’ve used the lore and fable in parallel in a stereo signal path and it sounds so good!
