Speeds between 90 and 105 mph would be great on a highway like that.

@@wanilimbe I guess it depends on who you are. I have yet to hit 150 mph and I would need a high-end vehicle to do it.

I honestly wish you go to Germany. You would love it here. I commute to work usually at 100mph and I have to be very catious whilst overtaking, not to cause an accident, cuz the cars from behind are often doing 150mph or even more.

i wish america could have autobahn but way to many clueless drivers sit in left lane doing speed limit, I've been to southern germany and had an absolute blast on autobahn. SPEED is such a rush man i love it.

Definitely a step in the right direction! 85 mph is still too slow for a road like that though!

Florida speed limit on interstate is 70, you can do 85 mph all day without being pulled over, i got a warning for 90 in 70. If we had 85 mph speed limit here i would be doing 100 all day and not even need a radar detector.

Thing is traffic routinely runs 80+ on 35 between Austin and San Antonio and it's 4 lanes pretty much bumper to bumper. They won't pull you over, it's a traffic hazard if they do. They just want traffic moving....
