It's good..but u can't kill that wanwan. U won't be using normal wanwan build. U would have mage build. Not much dmg. But u can scare the enemy wanwan.
Quite alot probably 1. Like valir and miyas free purify ult 2.Tig or Atlas's ult 3. Imagine a 1v1s chou but he didnt expect you to do a reverse uno card on him by kicking him to your tower instead.
She is not one shot burst mage type hero tho. So only her ultimate will be scary. Picking heroes who rely on skills after using ultimate can be a good counter for her like Harith.
since valentina puts a curse mark on enemy hero when she ults, here's an idea to balance her out: enemy purify or skills with purify skills will also remove valentina's curse, therefore instantly putting her ult to cooldown

Lol.. in dota2 Rubick the original and very first hero that has a copy skill, in late game the cd of his Ulti is like 4secs only.. and he can change the copyskill that fast.. and not to mention he can copy skills even not ulti.

Valentine dont beat wanwan When valentine copy wanwan she may have dont hit weaknesses but the ult damage will be lesser because the 4 weaknesses that wanwan players have to hit is actually a boost damage for wanwan ult cause after hitting all 4 weaknesses your basic atttack have more damage but valentine dont have that and wanwan first skill that can stun so therebefore wanwan wins most of the time
Valentina can't just build atk speed like wanwan her ultimate is situational that means you can't just copy her and not thinking their other heroes will kill you first before you can manage to copy her.
1:make her ult cd longer(at least 60 second at level 4 )(40 at level 15) 2:make a new third skill so that she can depends not only on her ult 3:shorten cd her first,second and third skill to balance her out 4:ult uses all her mana 5:quite low hp just like estes in early unless u buy tank build 6:1,2,3 skills has pretty high dmg in early and mid game 7:make her movements speed lower

@Moonton should keep the mechanism of her ult like it is now. So that some heroes are good to copy and some bad. To balance her out I think making it so that she can only copy the ult of enemy if the enemy uses its ult in front(within vision range of valentina) of her 1st and then she can copy the target and if multiple ult used in front then she can chose like how aldos chosen his target.

I think the most suited things for Valentina is using tank build and emblem. Or use heroes that heavily rely on ult such as Phoveus. Imagine enemy picking the tank you want such as tigreal. You could just pick Valentina and use flicker ult, then put horify on all of the enemies that you caught. That would make her even a better tank than tigreal.
