The first word of Scripture (beresheet, which is a pretty good English representation) does NOT contain the definite article, *_the._*
In Hebrew, there is no word for the indefinite article, *_a._*
Therefore, *_In beginning_* was NOT *_THE_* beginning but it was *_A_* beginning.
God did a great deal _before_ Genesis 1, and the _six days_ mentioned therein, were NOT _six literal days._ The length of each _Day_ is simply neither stated nor implied. 'six 24-hour days,' is a misunderstood interpretation.
DON'T MAKE STUFF UP. . . JUST READ WHAT'S WRITTEN AND TRY TO UNDERSTAND IT PROPERLY!
