Rene ,,, It's so nice to hear from you. Thanks for the wonderful comment. I'm at a point where I less excited with making RC videos but having friends to share with is nice and keeps me motivated. 🫶
@@renercadventures That's very sad. I can't imagine how many hours you spent making videos only to have your watch hours vanish like that. If RUclips can't figure out how to keep their data safe they should compensate you with calculated hrs based on the amount of comments you got. Your channel is quite popular so I hope for the best with your channel. 🫶👍👍
@@RCWalletVacuum Well I'm fine ... I had my boots on and didn't get any damage. The car thought it could flip me but I pulled a Steven Segal move and flopped around a bit and eventually got the U4 under control. ha ha ,,,,
I have heard rumors that the diffs were sorted out at some point but I'm really not sure. I bought these 2 new in the box for a super low price on E-Bay. So far the diffs are holding up just fine. Tires are another story. The stock tires round out the hex holes real fast. Diffs are cheap compared to tires but diffs take time to install. All 4 suspension arms and diff cups are holding up just fine. imho .. It's a very durable RC.
@RCRoads I ask cause I have a rock rey. Huge design flaw in the diff cups, losi and horizon hobbies knew this but put the car out any way. They used the diff cups from the vaterra twin hammers. Then put a 2800 kv 6 pole brushless motor-huge power and torque. Shears the 4 1mm screws that hold the ring gear to the cup. Many times the rock rey has been rebuilt. It'd s shelf queen now. I did a review through horizon hobbies on the rock rey, they edited out the problems that I stated. horizon hobbies put out a bad car and knew it. A big F/U to horizon hobbies over this. 😎😎👍👍
@@kellykuretich6366 Thanks for the info. That really suck in terms of poor design. I really haven't had my Lasernuts that long. For the price I paid I figured to get 2 in case one breaks. I bought mine knowing they had issues because they just looked so nice and I figured I could upgrade the parts that broke. Vitivon has some awesome stuff but by the time you upgrade you could have bought an X-Maxx. Oh well I still enjoy mine until they break. I'm definitely going to drive them easy and on 3s. Thanks again for taking the time to explain the issues. Companies don't really care as long as they make money and keep stock holders happy. Rotten Bastards 👍👍
@@kellykuretich6366 Good point. I started late in the RC hobby and enjoy driving the cars and learning about them. I just pretend to know what I'm doing. I think the least troublesome RC's are my Typhon Groms and MT-10. The rest of them give me pleasure relaxing at my work bench with my dog by my side. 👍👍
I'm always enjoying your channel, thank you for sharing it my friend😄🎶👍
