    It's amazing how some teachers can make something so simple be so complicated. It makes me glad that RUclips videos like this exist.

    I've been going through your New Organic Chemistry Playlist, and I must say, you've done a very good job of explaining "complicated" concepts in a short and easy way compared to a textbook or even a professor. Its been really helpful for my Organic Chemistry exam coming up.

    Did I understandit right on minute 3:48 the original Molekül and the 2 molekule drawn are diastereomers, and the original molekule and the third molekule drawn are Diastereomers, but the 2 and 3 molekule drawn aren'T?

    its been 5 yrs idk if u will reply but try , so my question is at 3:54 the 2 diastereomers have diastereomers with the original drawing but what is the relationship between these 2 are they also diastereomers???

    • @lisameier3254
      @lisameier3254 7 месяцев назад +1

      Yes I think they are diastereomers of each other, they are all diastereomers of each other. That‘s because the molecule stays the same but only the positions of the groups are changing

  • @bull3asaur168
    @bull3asaur168 4 года назад

    is it possible to make all of them dashed for last example? I just want to change CH3 and OH directions. Is it still gonna be diastereomer?

    • @adansilva6851
      @adansilva6851 2 года назад +1

      you would have to keep bromine the same or else it becomes an enantiomer
