Great 1st Landing, nice and smooth. I would certainly be nervous on a maiden flight. The engine sounds fantastic!

Waaou magnifique!!! Quel courage! Il semble bien voler et j'adore la déco de l'avion. Bravo pour les talents de réalisateur, les multi caméras et bon courage pour le jardinage à faire pour remettre la piste en état :-))

I can only imagine what it was like for pilots flying this plane, taking off and landing in wartime conditions in the snow at the Western Front.

Thank you for replying . Your comments are very interesting to someone who has only flown modern aircraft .

You have done an excellent job building this aircraft . What is it like to fly compared to a modern aircraft?

Thanks , The plane requires a constant attention, the ailerons are only on the lower wings, and any turbulence gives a bank or a pitch, you can not release the stick for more than 10 seconds or trying to go in a cloud …..
The front visibility during final and landing is inexistent, but beside that it flies well….
Modern aircraft are more stable and the visibility is better, but that is not the purpose of this plane, 100 years ago it was like that ….

I'm very interested in this plane. My grandfather was in WW1 and I have a picture- somewhere- of him and his neuport 28 fighter in 1918 in France. He told me the war ended 2 weeks or so after he got there so he didn't become an ace or anything....still, I think its cool.
