    Nina;
Excellent presentation! I love the "Daily Check In" chart you have created. I will definitely follow that each day.
Yes, I agree about mornings. For me, mornings are the best time of day for me. Usually, I am up by 5:00am. I like the stillness of the early mornings. Mornings is when I work best, and more focused at that time of day.
During my airline career, I much preferred working early morning flights. It was interesting arriving to the airport, before any flights had departed. Often, during our first flight of the day, we would see the sun rise.
Now, I check in at home, again very early in the morning.
I like the chart of 3 things to be grateful for. Today, I would select:
    Spirituality
    Home
    Nature
Where I live now, I wake up to the sound of birds, and wildlife.
I intend to notice simple moments throughout the day. I am doing this today.
I will try to listen closely to my surroundings for 5 minutes, while working on a task.
Right now, I am still unpacking. I moved into a new home 2 weeks ago. A lot of work to get the house and property where it needs to be.
In regards to meditation, I am still trying to understand how to meditate. Maybe in future videos you could explain the best ways to meditate.
    Enjoy your day!
    Brian

      Hi Brian!
I'm so glad you like it:) let me know any intentions or challenges you create along the way.
Mornings really are so important, catching the sunrise before a flight must've been so amazing. Do you have any spots near you now to go see a sunrise?
Those are great things to be grateful for:) Let me know how the intention goes for you and what you observe from it!
Sounds like a fresh start, hope it goes smoothly and you're able to have fun creating a new space for yourself.
Yes I'll definitely add that onto the list! Thank you for the suggestion 🙏
      And you as well! ✨

      @@NinaNunukova Hi Nina;
Yes. I look out my back deck to see the sunrise. Not so easy to see the sunset with all the trees that surround my property.
During the day, I take time to listen to my surroundings. I hear birds, crickets, cars driving on the road in the distance, mosquitos. I hear my refrigerator running. I hear my clocks in the house ticking.
Spirituality is part of my daily living. I think of my life, what it means. I think of what I must have planned even before I was born. I think of Mom and how I know she is with me. Naturally, I think of my Spirit Guides. I think of the psychic mediums, who assisted me in connecting with my Grandfather, step Grandfather, Uncle, my Mom, and even one of my cats who have crossed over.
While I love to travel, I also like being home. I am still unpacking after moving to my new home. So, I am spending time slowly decorating the house, and cleaning.
Nature: One of the reasons I purchased my home is, to be living close to trees, vegetation and some wildlife.
Three other things I am grateful for include:
      Animals
      Music
      Sunshine
      My next Intention:
Move my body in ways that feel good to me.
I will try to sense my feet on the ground, when moving my body.
This Daily Check In is excellent, and very creative! I love it!
Yes, I look forward to your future videos.
      Enjoy your day!
      Brian

@@Athletics70 That's so lucky! Being in the city, I have to drive to get any sunrise views.
That's a gift to be observant of what you're experiencing, to think about life more deeply and the connections you have with life around you 🤲
Sounds like a good time to reflect and reset. Being near nature everyday must be so rewarding and sounds like an exciting chapter ahead.
Everyday brings something new, I'm glad you're noticing what you feel grateful for.
So glad you like it, I'll try to make another version soon! Let me know how you're finding the challenges and if you end up creating any of your own prompts through-out the weeks ahead.
      Have a great week ahead!
      Nina
