hey! you can simply follow any crochet sleeve/ shrug pattern and just use trebel crochets for the first row, and the second its 1 treble crochet, chain 1, and skip 1 stitch from the 1st row. then simply alternating between trebles in all stitches, and skipped ch1 spaces every other row :) that way the "mesh" pattern is alterated every other row. hope this helps :)
