Highly recommend Milwaukee air compressor. I don’t know if it is better than the inflator or not. The compressor was a good buy for my ranch. Another great video. Keep’em coming

Good video, and don't regret not videoing the tire change. Appreciate the videos that you do make for us. Glad to go along, and glad to see you have the new head to move forward.
Excellent video Andy.Believe it or not bought a baby 8100 second hand chopper and hasn't missed a beat except chocking identical to your selves.🙈🙈🙈🙈😀👍👍👍
The clumps are like a lawnmower collecting wet grass to the underside and slow the blades down giving a crappy cut. Then once in awhile clumps come shooting out. Chopping up money 💰

Yeah it’s pretty tough to watch dealerships get sold! We had one Quincy Illinois that sold. Sydenstricker‘s out of Missouri went in with Noble out of Illinois about two or three years ago. Progress is not always good
Andy, just a question of curiosity, would you get a 2nd chopper since you now have 2 heads or just keep one as a spare? Shame you don't have 2 choppers running, can possibly get more done... pending on the trucks. Get some Tire-Ject for that tire Andy, stuff works to seal tire leaks
That chopper will never die with that motor in it you can't be a John Deere Chopper my uncle had one of the first self-propelled choppers that John Deere ever made

We run wide heads for the simple fact in 17 to 22 ton wheatlage it is nice to be wide. The 46r headers we run is somewhat ok.The auger doesn’t float it is stationary. When reversing a slug out it will pushed the back of header out.The auger can’t handle really heavy material it locks down.
@farmingfixingandfabricating Andy just wondering what does a brand new hay head go for these days? Seems like you made the right decision with a new hay head versus almost a million dollar new chopper! When the new corn head coming?
If Andy is a treasure trove of knowledge his old man must be an encyclopedia of knowledge and know how…I’m curious how the fff back then was different to todays fff
I haven't watched your channel very long and at that time I never even heard of a chopper. All I've ever seen were conventional equipment that is used in Illinois where I grew up. I find the chopper is an interesting piece of equipment. I worked where they made mining trucks.
09:00 Had a bonfire inside the silage container, or just the result from high pressure washing? Changing all tires on the trucks - must been a task again.
We had a 1970s Ford 4000 gas that finally needed a new clutch in 1990 or so. Had a heck of a time getting the right one. Finally determined it had a heavier clutch because Grandpa had gotten a good deal on a demonstrator. I don't remember the particulars.
@RealJohnWayne you're welcome to your beliefs, as am I Mr The Real John Wayne. Only difference is that I have been a farmer that used A"demo" unit and the ones we got were not as good as the demo. But thank you for your typical liberal comment
Stone sweep wasn’t advancing just sweeping…. Door got pushed open and I wanted to get any and all material removed from in behind stone device…. Digest that info for a few minutes….. there is another way to do that and I’ll let you describe how I should have done that…. You haven’t been commenting lately where have you been there boy?

Your new chopper head seems to be working well. It would be nice if everything works perfectly being new.

Wow, your daughter know how to do a thorough pre-trip truck inspection.
Andy I gave Alex a at girl for having you check the rear an drive shift for any leaks all take care of her truck 👍🚜
Hello from Moosomin, Saskatchewan, Canada great videos thanks for sharing with all of us 😊
Got started back watching your videos. On slow speed tires I use slime which is for slow speed tires.

After the new parlor transition with the cows moved, would you be able to video/walk around the old parlor?
I was hoping the same thing
Not with cows in it. His milk buyer does not want it filmed.
@@beckyumphrey2626 yes of course. I meant after the cows had been moved to the new parlor 😊😊
Alex graduated to tractor and trailer good good job
I love when you guys put the flotation tires on 👍🏻
Good content Andy and team thanks
would solid gauge wheels better than air up? we ran solid tires on our zero turn decks...saved a lot of time on tire repairs...
Maybe

I'm noticing Jarrod doesn't have the "silage pipes" on yet, I'd like to see them on the Mack, and use up some of your carbon credits
If Andy is a treasure trove of knowledge his old man must be an encyclopedia of knowledge and know how…I’m curious how the fff back then was different to todays fff
Andy maybe you could show all the flotation and other tread types when the trucks are stopped?
The content is very good
Are those tires on the W9 the ones from the shop over in eastern ny, I forget the name?
Thanks again for the upload
Hopefully dealership gets you a new tire for chopper under warranty since leak was in sidewall

We have them here across the creek Missouri. Quincy Illinois area
Andy, could you mount a bigger air tank in your truck and plug it into the chopper for more volume?
Not necessary
Thank you for another Great video. Cheers
Are the girl learning to drive the the trucks with a third pedal in the floor now?
Looks like it
Seven trucks that's a day's work already 😂
Don't let OLF hear you used fix afalt!!!! It's tire jec etc.....I think lol. I keep up the good work!!!

why is sarah drivig the other truck. is that truck to her liking?
She gave her truck up
have you ever tried tireject tire sealant? it’s a little expensive but seems to be one of the best on the market.
Another very interesting video Thank you
We're sitting at 9.75 inches of rain for June. And we are on the low side of the area. Add another 1.2 from this morning.

@@steveb6103 Thank you
How much difference is the new one and the old one?
They are the same
the truck Sarah is driving looks like the bed caught on fire the paint is all gone.
Oh well, not your truck
Yup
The Air leaf is terrible for off highway use and when they get some wear on them the bags get all crooked
09:00 Had a bonfire inside the silage container, or just the result from high pressure washing? Changing all tires on the trucks - must been a task again.
I would help the dealer put some hours on the new chopper they need to demonstrate.
Can you explain why you don't cover your trucks when you transport the products to the bunk. It seems you would loose a lot on the road. thanks
For the past several years I've been using a tire sealer called "Tire Ject". It WORKS VERY WELL.
The new head is missing the option for the "Plastic crop sliding blocks" 8170 $214.00
Really Andy is it beer 30 😂😂. well no video of changing truck tires on seven trucks unbelievable twiddling your thumbs. Oh yes.
👍👍👍👍
ANDY,, YOU SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE 46R!!!! HAHAHA HAHAHA, HAD TO PISS TAKE...
you need to go hang out with grumpy and jimmy tonight
would have thought they would leave the uesed demo head and kept the new un used head for the coming demo chopper
Bro, you should have bought the 46R.
Hahaha Hahaha!!
RUclips farming expert here, yep, he definitely should have!
He shoulda just bought a whole chopper a 9900 a year or two old that came back from a custom chopping outfit that trades at 800 or so cutterhead hours
@@Otherrandomguy42 Andy is so lucky to us experts here...
Anyone chipping in a few $'s to help him? I didn't think so....
They wanted the demo chopper back , why you ask. My belief has always been because they are built better

very good I like
Are these John Deere’s own header or a kemper header painted John Deere colour ?
John Deere has owned Kemper since 1997.
Show some unload and packing
Thanks Andy..
In Europe no one drives trucks in the field. It's very likely contributing to all the mechanical problems you have with the trucks
In America trucks are used in fields all the time, especially in the oil fields.
Why is Sarah running truck 18? Is there something wrong with the other one?
One of the older guys is running hers
Maby mae wes can make you those wear parts , Look him up he is in the vidioes off Larsen farms
You don’t show any cutting or maintenance of your cutting equipment. Do you cut your own or have someone else cut it for you?
We cut our own
He has published cutting videos in the past.
My M18 tire inflator is one of the best tools I've ever had.
You need a coiler for your fuel nozzle on the back of your truck
The professionals need to run on your ground since they are used to pe t feet level ground.
Is this the header from Texas, for 52.500 dollar ?
No
Caz must feel sorry for you 😢
How are the mahindra Roxor holding up

Could you us your roller to. Smooth out the ruts?😊
