So over due and honestly should have been on the original Gen 2. I have a Gauntlet and totally hate the bolt on it. Yes it works but not like a biathlon style side lever. So much more user friendly especially when the other shooter is 10 years old.😉 Thank you Umarex for listening.
I LOVE my Gauntlet 30 ....and actually prefer bolt action to side lever with some guns. This side-lever looks very well done but for example the Hatsan Carnivore BT65 SL..which I also have, is not great and I'd prefer the beefy bolt of the original actually. Great to see you get one so fast!!

Umarex also modified the barrel chambering to help chamber slugs, which caused some problems with the original G30.
It still does if you watch the second video. It's really about the taper at the nose, if it's too blunt they are a hard fit.
Maybe write the range your shooting on the target so in case we miss what you said it will be on the camera.

The Gauntlet over the years has had very few problems which is why it has had such great success. Most air leaks were either failure to cock before filling, the degas screw being slightly lose or a slight tightening of the bottle.
Can you order it for either L or R handed shooter mounting?
Unfortunately not
I recently got a sl and was curious if there is anyway to tighten the slide when closed i feel like its a little loose
They float a little to insure good lock up. Perfectly normal.

I received my SL 30 Friday night and have been considering donnyFL suppressor, I saw your video about it but it never showed how to attach it. A couple shots without it and a couple with it attached, can you please be of better assistance, Thanks. ✌🏼
the adapter just screws on to the end of the barrel and then the moderator you just push in and twist to lock in.

Toxic Matrix channel has one in .30 caliber and that thing is a beast at 70-100 yards. I never return a purchase and usually just pick up the other rifle and stay broke all the time.
Is that the original bottle or they upgrade it?

This is really upsetting people so many people had told umarex about changing that and they still released another gauntlet bolt action they should let the people who got the bolt action swap over for free. They are very cheap when it comes to quality. I currently have a gauntlet at the factory having a new barrel put in due to them not having great quality control and sold me a barrel with a metal bump on obstructing the rifling was chopping up my pellets.
It's a production airgun. Airforce and FX people have complained lots also about those brands. Reality is Gauntlets have had very few issues as a whole which is why they are so popular. Also the 30 isn't like the lower calibers and has a higher production cost.
