Don't wait for municipality or others to do it. You alone or with 2/3 friends of yours can give 1-2 hour daily and even blog the changes (before/after images) - I started it in my village when I was there last year and today we have around 50 volunteers and our village looks super clean. And government has stepped in on to help build a small waste management plant outside the village. If we can do it, so can you people of Maryada Puroshotam Shri Ram. Jai Hind !
