How artist can give permission when he doesn't even know his work is being used. If the films were free, the author would not leave such a description. Create and just respect other creaters... You can't use something when you don't know author... just because you don't know author... That's why it irritates me. I'm photographer, 2D and 3D graphican and miniature painter - it gets really annoying when someone gets their audience thanks to your many hours of work and it's for free - and even without author's signature.
