It seems like it wants to be a marksman rifle with a burst mode, except it can't take any sniper attachments and it's not accurate at all. I've found that while yes it can be good close range, it still loses 50% of the time close range, and an M4 is vastly better at distance. All in all, it's quite a useless weapon in my opinion and is a gun I'll have no problem dropping for anything other then a pistol or shotgun.
