Hi, i’m staying here next week and was curious what is the ultra all inclusive and how is it different from all inclusive ? Great vid btw!

With the preferred club, you got a separate pool and bar area from the main part of the resort with a waiter service at your sun loungers and any alcoholic drinks you have are from the top shelf selection including grey goose. Room service was included as was the mini bar in the room.
Enjoyed your video..thank you. My wife does have panic attacks if she is near cats! do you advise avoiding this hotel?
There are some cats around the property, they weren’t allowed inside so contact is likely to be minimal. But they are around the resort so if that is a big trigger it might not be the best hotel. You will find that a lot of hotels in Europe have cats roaming around, it’s pretty standard so definitely something to look out for as part of your reviews to avoid any discomfort
Hi, I've just booked to stay there next month and was wondering if the sauna and gym facilities are free if you're staying in the hotel or are they an extra fee?
We’re pretty sure that gym facilities are free to use (although can’t remember where the gym was as we didn’t use it 😂🙈) but the sauna was in the main spa area which was an additional charge. We got free entry for a day because of the preferred club room we had booked, I don’t know if that’s the same for all rooms though.
This is so useful !! Thanks for creating this content. I am travelling solo to Lanzarote.. Is it an adults only resort ? Do they have live shows and other activities during the day to engage the guests ?? Do they have access to private beach and nice cafes/shopping area? Thanks so much !
Thank you so much for watching! It was an adults only resort, but there isn’t much in the way of activities during the day from what we saw, but there is evening entertainment. There was indeed some private beach areas within the resort and it’s only a short walk to the harbour where there are some nice restaurants and shops. We had a great time staying here!

Hey! We hope you have the best time! When we booked directly with the hotel in 2021 it was an extra €40pp per day, but not sure if that price is still the same today. We thought it was worth it as room service was included as was the mini bar in your room, the rooms are also some of the best in the hotel.

No it was all included in our package because we were all inclusive preferred.
Thank you for sharing. I am planning my 60th birthday and wanted to invite family and friends to celebrate with me. This would be my first European trip and decided to go here. I noticed you have an ascent as I am from the states. 🙂I'm trying to figure out what airlines go to Lanzarotte. What airlines did you use and who did you us for transportation from airport to hotel?
Aw amazing!!! It’s such a lovely place to visit! Lanzarote is such a great island for exploring! We flew from the UK, TUI fly there, British airways do too and I think jet2 as well … each of them go from different UK airports. Transfers we got as part of our package (flights, transfers and hotel - booked with a travel agent TUI). Taxi’s are very easy to get the hotel is only 15/20 minutes x

Thank you so much for watching! You are going to love it! We booked the catamaran through the hotel, but you can book direct with the catamaran operator down by the port. The tour firm is Catlanza and you have a choice of family friendly or no kids excursions, would be worth checking their website for prices as they may have changed since we went last year!

I think it is about £45 per person per day when we booked it in advance, although that was a couple of years ago so may have changed.

Thanks so much for watching! When we visited the hotel it was still in a phased reopening stage following Covid, so there wasn’t much in the way of activities! However I am almost certain there are daily activities as there was at the dreams (their sister hotel), but would be worth checking the hotel website!
Wait so the sauna isn't included even with the preferred club package ? what about the Hydro pool etc ?
From what we remember we had a one day access included, but you could buy a pass for your entire time there. Unfortunately you need a pass to access all areas of the spa.

We would definitely recommend the preferred club rooms, as the access to amenities you get with these are great!

We would 100% recommend the hotel! The staff were lovely and the Malibu and pineapple juice definitely added to the experience 😂
Just about to book the hotel and watched your review, it seems by upgrading to the preferred club, you go the spa and a lounge to use, was there your own bar/pool area?
Yes you get one free access to the spa, a separate lounge (although it was closed on our trip) but the best part is the private pool that had its own bar and restaurant open just for preferred club guests which we thought made it really worth the money!
Thank you for such an informative video. I’ve noticed many of the reviews mention stray cats, how many are there? Were there lots near the pool and the dining section? Are they mainly outside or do the come inside as well? ( I’m scared of cats)

There are plenty of cats around, but they keep themselves to themselves, the hotel are very good at making sure they don’t enter the hotel, but you are likely to see 1 or 2 in the outside dining areas as some people feed them when they aren’t supposed to. Can’t say we noticed any around the pools. Honestly, we don’t think you have anything to worry about.

Hey guys, thanks so much for guiding us through! It makes our decision so much easier! A couple of questions. Did the preferred club include all spirits or you had to upgrade to all inclusive to get them? Also, with the preferred club, is the house wine included in the a la carte restaurants? Thanks in advance =)
Thank you so much for watching, glad that we could help. If you are wanting to go for preferred only, only breakfast and afternoon snacks are included, as well as the beer in your mini bar I believe, but if you add the all inclusive option you get access to the top shelf spirits and as much wine as you want.

How strong were the drinks ? was the entertainment any good at night , are there plenty of Veggie options not just salad and pasta . Thank you..
They drinks were relatively strong, all free poured so could ask for more or less depending on preference! Some nights were better than others, but ultimately all entertainment was on the more relaxed side, think local singers and not club DJs. Honestly couldn’t comment on the vegan options as neither of us are vegan we didn’t specifically look to see which dishes were vegan.
