Freestyle started to fade away in 1991, the Freestyle tracks after 1992 were not that good, Hot 97 started to slow Freestyle play in 1992, then nothing in 1993 and that was the end of HOT 97 in the summer of 1993. I did many Freestyle mixes on Metropolitan Records.
