India is falling as well. Unemployment, Religious divide, failed education system, crab mentality, rising inflation, reservation and so on. The west is anyday better than our socialist hellhole that's exactly why thousands of millionaires and intellegent people leave India every year and beg for a western country's citizenship.

When people get angry, their heart rate, blood pressure, and energy hormones increase. Popular beliefs about venting as a way of handling anger persist even though psychological research has shown it to be ineffective. Psychology has contributed some expert opinions in support of the belief that venting anger can be beneficial. Claims that venting anger is healthy and constructive have been made by newspaper columnists, poets, writers, pop psychologists, and even some well-intentioned therapists. Although meta-analytic studies are generally in support of the effectiveness of CBT for anger, such studies contain limitations that restrict inferences regarding efficacy. Based on research reviewed in the chapter, it appears that catharsis theory has done more harm than good. Taking up boxing or Bjj for relieving anger in a controlled and safe environment and learning a thing or two about ourselves and the opponent, about the sport and improving in that sport.
Learning how to control our body and mind and inculcating reflexes to counteract with fairness and firmness. What do you think of that for handling anger?
Or even taking up courses for communication to communicate one's anger effectively

Yes, it is very sad that all this time you have given so much time and importance and energy, but you should be glad that you will not be wasting any more of your time in pursuit of feces. Try to divert your attention, maybe take a break, set a week long goal, or just talk to friends/family (about other things). The research behind what i have explained word to word:

Anger varies in terms of frequency, intensity, and duration. Some people feel angry most of the time, whereas others report rarely feeling angry. Many individuals believe that it is healthy and constructive to vent anger and messages supporting catharsis are commonly found in the media.

@@GangstaPerspectives well yes there are not enough research in psychotherapy that venting anger or other emotions are actually beneficial because psychologists are more busy in CBT and other Talk Therapies for releasing trauma this type of therapeutic approach is called Top Down Approch in therapy which is intellectually understanding the trauma but this approch may take several years or decades to show effectiveness whereas the research in Mind-Body based therapy is comparatively less like psychosomatic stuff which is called Bottom Up approch. But If you read about the nature of memory or traumatic memory it is proven that the trauma get stored in the Body mainly, the Book "Body keeps the score" by Bessel Van Der Kolk is best to find about how body keeps the memories. Venting anger or any other emotion can be quite helpful if we want to get to the root of trauma which can take lots of time if we approch it cognitively so yeah it can be useful.
If you look at "Elliott Hulse" on you tube he talks about this kind of work which is called "Bioenergetics". Well if we look at him he looks like a guy who knows what he is doing but these western females are looking absurd because our cognitive blind spots thinks they are so gullible and stupid enough to do it but this is one of the method of you want to look at it, it is extremely beneficial these things can change a person fromthe core for the better.

@@GangstaPerspectives There is not enough research in psychotherapy that venting anger or any other emotion is helpful because Psychologists are busy in researching CBT and other Talk Therapies which is based on intellectually understanding the Trauma this type of therapeutic approach is called as the Top Down approch and this approach can take several years or decades to show effectiveness whereas there is comparatively less research in Mind-Body based therapy like Psychosomatic healing and this type of approach is called as Bottom Up approch because these approaches directly works on root cause of trauma which is trapped in the body. If you look at the nature of memory or traumatic memory it is proven that the at the incident of trauma the emotions are stored in the body, there is a book called "Body keeps the score" by Bessel Van Der Kolk, if you look at a deer who is attacked by a lion and get into freeze response if the deer came out alive it start to shake uncontrollably to release trauma stored in the body babies do this too.
You can look "Elliot Hulse" on you tube who does this type of work which is called "Bioenergetics", if you look at Elliott he looks like a guy who knows what he is doing but these western females are looking absurd because of our cognitive blind spots thinks that they are so gullible to do it and came in someone's influence to do it.

@GangstaPerspectives lol what you said is crap venting is good it's natural and not harmful its seen that way cause we as society perceive it that way partners vent to each other
