I wanna say this...
If anyone acted upon their intrusive thoughts, they would be in jail or d3ad, any wants and desires that don't cause distress and panic and doesn't lead to isolation are Impulsive thoughts.
Basically in short terms:
Intrusive thoughts= unpleasing stressing thoughts that you don't want in your head, that can lead to panic, distress, can lead to panic attacks, can cause isolation because they feel like a dangerous person.
Then
Impulsive thoughts=wants and desires that do not cause distress or panic, and doesn't lead to isolation or panic attacks.
Hope this doesn't sound aggressive!
I'm just tryna distinguish the difference between the two things! Love your videos by the way -someone with intrusive thoughts ❤️❤️
