So cool to see this! I clabbered 1 1/2 gallons of raw goat milk, hung the curds for cheese and rolled them into balls to store in olive oil, had a gallon of whey leftover. I kind of forgot that was in the fridge for a few days and then came back and saw the cream had risen, so I skimmed it off and made a little bit of butter. It was made in a jar and was rather soft. I could not handle it with my hands, had to use wooden spoons. I also used 1/2 a gallon to make yogurt which I make by heating the milk to 110F, adding some leftover yogurt, and leaving in a warm place overnight. Perfect yogurt the next day! I can't believe how much fun it is to make my own dairy products. I want to make ricotta from the sweet whey now!

Love you guys, the way we did cream from the Milk since we were young is to cook Milk on low temperature, until it comes to a boil, then let it cool off and when enough cooled put it in the fridge, in the morning we removed all the top thick layer of yummy cream and used the rest of the Milk for shakes and tea. Just another way to get cream from the raw milk, and from this extra cream we collected in the freezer and melted it on the stove top to get ghee from it. Thanks

I work at a grade A goat dairy in Idaho(Eden Creamery) and our yogurt is a Israeli recipe. The chevre is pretty much the same. However seeing how to make this amazing carmel was a treat!! A big thanks to you and your beautiful family. We have been watching you for years now. We have had nigerians for 4 years now. Never have had the issues with the legs but I watch for it now because of your info! We have a Lulu who could totally be Tilly's twin! Anyways, thank you so very much from Idaho!!!😘
