Beautifully crafted throughout and bursting with character, this is an immaculate Tudor-style home that anyone would be proud to call their own! Set in Detroit's historic and highly sought-after Sherwood Forest neighborhood, the stunning façade accentuated by updated, well-maintained landscaping exudes old-world charm. Stone tile in the foyer gives way to gleaming hardwood flooring in the sunlit living room where a stacked stone fireplace and bay windows are sure to draw the eye. The open-concept dining area and kitchen allow a seamless flow for entertaining. Abundant cabinetry, a cooktop island with a breakfast bar, and stainless steel appliances equip the culinary space. A powder room and office complete the main level.
Recessed lighting continues to your upper-level private retreats where ceiling fans keep you cool. Your generously sized primary suite has a walk-in closet with a laundry area, a balcony, and an opulent, spa-like 5-piece ensuite. An expansive cedar closet and an additional bedroom with a bath await you on the fourth floor. Explore the outdoors and enjoy nightcaps on the porch, alfresco meals on the stone patio, or lively conversation around the fire pit. There's a large workshop in the basement, plus you'll have central heat and air. A fabulous location puts you near restaurants, Palmer Park, the Detroit Golf Club, and the Avenue of Fashion commercial district.

A gorgeous home on the outside....I prefer a darker, more old world, Ralph Lauren decor, but what they have there is very well done. I remember these beautiful old neighborhoods...they still look great.

They want everyone to think a certain way. But, finding out with your own research is the best conversation starter. Now through you word of mouth can change people's perspective on the City of Detroit.

These modern interior renovations destroy these old homes. I would never buy one.
