The pool room is 6x bigger then my one bedroom at over 2k square ft! Yes the outside is gorgeous. The inside did not delivery tho. The granite all over the kitchen was nice.

Custom home built in 2006...translation...McMansion we overextended ourselves on with an interest only mortgage and now we defaulted. BTW, nothing says shoddy workmanship like a brick or stone front and aluminum siding all around the rest of the house...read we cut corners....
Hell yes, they cut corners, and now their asses are BROKE, and looking to be bailed out, framing is probably on 2'centers, and done by illegals, with 7/16 OSB for decking, and laminate flooring, I recognize those kitchen cabinets from home depot, more like the price of shit on the hill.

Beautiful property and well presented. Whaddya think 4 maids maybe two - three twice a month; landscaping (summer) twice a month, (fall) two - three times a month, (winter) snow removal at least three time a month. Pool service at least twice a month. And much more maintenance. So the owner(s) must love the idea of spending lots and lots of $$$$. I take it as it is.

I have never understood in these types of videos why people think that someone wants to hear them talk while they watch the video. All that and the view is nothing special. Real estate taxes are OUTRAGIOUS in NH. There isn’t a state income tax in NH and with some exception there is no sales tax. They need to get their money somewhere. Wait until you renew your car registration each year!
