    The treadmill works like a touch screen. Hes strapped in place and basically moonwalks on the pad. LOTS of resistance

    • @CircitzGaming

      The opposite actually you have to lube the surface from time to time I can be to slippery sometime and there’s also Velcro on the shoes

    • @CircitzGaming
      @CircitzGaming 6 дней назад

      I use this a lot it’s actually and it’s the opposite you can full walk on it you actually have to lube it often and you can mod the shoes to give it even more slip. Also the treadmill has setting where you can take less steps so it’s easier to walk. He’s taking smaller steps for some reason to maybe get more of a workout but the resistance can be non existent and actually more slippery where I have to be careful not to slip off

    Hes standing in a concave wok like surface. It has groves in it. His shoes have little notches that fit in those groves which the computer measures for movement. That’s where the resistance is coming from.

      The healthier you are, the slower it is. Some athletes can have a resting rate of 40 - 50. I was at 120 when I was unhealthy, and after doing gym every two days and cardio on sundays, my rest is 60. That's a dramatic decrease.
      People with high heart rates like that are unhealthy. No exercise doesn't mean fat. You've got skinny unhealthy dudes who sit down for 10+ hours a day like xQc. To be healthy, you have to stay active.

    Beats per minute and heart rate are different. 131 bpm is not that elevated. Why are you pretending to understand physiology? Even at 100BPM while resting, is considered “normal” so an additional 30BPM after 2 minutes of light walking is not crazy. He’s not an athlete, but it’s funny how you pretend to know what you’re talking about.

    • @WillyNagin1213
      @WillyNagin1213 Месяц назад

      Beats per minute is your heart rate. As for bpm while walking you are correct however typically it takes 15 minutes of brisk walking for your heart rate to reach 110-120 bpm
